My office is with 2talk via their cloud pbx. We have 6 handsets (all Yealink T28P) which have their Line 1 registered to each persons own local number DDI. Line 2 is registered to our main office number using the 2talk 'one number' functionality so they all ring at the same time and anyone can answer the call. This has been working well for a year or so.An odd thing has occurred with one of the handsets - incoming callers (regardless of whether it is via line 1 or 2) hear an annoying hum. The hum can't be heard on the receiving handset. We've tried these things to try and isolate the problem:- plugged handset into a different Ethernet port in a different part of the building.- grabbed a spare handset and configured it with the same lines. It appears to be an issue at 2talks end I think? I've raised a support ticket but they've been less than useful.Any solutions from this forum would be much appreciated.Cheers
