Spark HG659B with voip.ms voip provider

Hello to all, anybody can help me trying to make my spark HG659B work with my canadian voip provider called voip.ms

i'm trying to figure out what what in the modem config page, because the router always stays offline even though all the settings seem correct and even tried to contact my voip provider but it dosen't seem to work....

this is what my providers says to put in the different boxes

provider name: voip.ms

primary registrar : melbourne.voip.ms port: 5080

primary proxy: melbourne.voip.ms port: 5080

sip domain: melbourne.voip.ms

local port : 5080

and under voip numbers: i put the phone number in canada 450887xxxx (last 4 digits removed to protect privacy)

the username as xxxxxx_450887xxxx (x added to protect privacy, first 6 digits is customer number, last 4 is phone number

and the password i put into the website

this is what the logs of the modem say

anybody could help me please understand what i'm doing wrong??
