DID provider ?

Hi folks,

I am looking to buy some DIDs (09) prefix. Anyone have any recommendations for the provider? I will also be dialing out so SIP trunk for incoming and outgoing.

Any provider with good Wholesale pricing will be ideal for me. I have heard about 2talk but any other choice ?
